Bill, I ran into a similar issue where I would get the "resources not available" messages after an UPDTATE command and before the next UPDATE. What seems to have solved my problem is adding the line
PROPERTY TABLE your_table_name 'POST' The code had run correctly under 7.5; maybe 9.0-64 is less forgiving???
