I'm curious. I have an enhanced DBGrid with a filter row on it.
Works great.
On the column properties for every column, there is a "filter" tab which has
2 choices: none / column values. On all the columns in my DBGrid, the None
value is checked (apparently by default). Yet the filter works.
So I'm wondering what the "column values" is for...
Enhanced DB Grid|Properties|Columns|Column Properties|Filter|Type| None
The option "None" is checked and intended for fast load. Thus the default.
To observe the actual difference in performance and all properties, take a
close look at the following sample application included with 2010 SAT Sample
Applications.
2010 R:BASE eXtreme 9.x (32/64) SAT Sample Applications:
Application: Using Enhanced DB Grid Filter Bar
