We have started filing our state sales tax returns over the internet.
I output data to a CSV file and upload it to the state.
I have it all working perfectly except for one minor detail.
I have to edit the CSV file and put an {ENTER} at the end of the last row.
Obviously this is nothing I can see, but without it the upload 'won't take'
Is there a way to tell the output file to do that before I start the upload?
