Marc, I think I would have them double check the shortcuts. Target is the exe with the -A. Start in is the folder location.
If your exe makes use of temp folders such as C:\Temp make sure that the folder exists and that the users have permissions to that folder. Make sure your Environment variables for TEMP and TMP are set for your C:\Temp folder. All I can think of for now.
