I have been trying to figure out a problem with the email on our newest
Windows 7 machines.

We use RBASE 7.6 latest build.

All the other older machines can email just fine within RBASE.

A little of what we have tried and maybe someone out there can think of
something we are not seeing.

Within a form this happens:

After creating a PDF in preparation for sending via email, all goes well
until we hit the PLUGINS mapimail3.rbl &vparameters

At this point an Error box with no error number pops up "Range Path
Error" and RBASE freezes up.

This is only happening on the new windows 7 machines.

We then tried to use the built in MAPI email form located in the TOOLS
section.

The form came up, allowed us to enter an email address, but the same
messages comes up when we hit the send button.

Here is another twist:

Within another form, after bringing up an EXISTING PDF, we give the
option to email the PDF.

This works on these machines. No error pops up!

We checked the CURRDIR and that comes up properly.

The code in the forms where the email does not work is the same as what
is used by the older machines.

Since the word PATH is used in the error message, one would think the
machines are having a problem with finding the path.

But why is it working on EXISTING PDF files?

Any ideas from you wise, long-time RBASE users would be appreciated.
