Sometimes computers just get interestinger & interestinger... and wierd!
One of our users is still running XP, and his images are showing just fine.
All new computers running Windows 7 are not.
Go Figure !

Make sure that you are actually updating the correct application file
in the correct folder.
Also, verify that you don't have multiple copies of your application
saved in different folders.
