I have installed the Oterro driver on my Windows XP computer, driver version 9.0.1.10518 - and I cannot create a system data source with it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Oterro. When I try to create a system data source - I see the Oterro driver in the list. When I select it and click finish I get the error "The setup routines for the Oterro 9.0 (32) Database Driver (*.rb1) ODBC driver could not be loaded due to system error code 14001." Followed up by error "Could not load the setup or translator library." Has anyone seen this before?
