Everything runs fine untill I put the timeout in all may variables are defined above set timout 1 if vTouchPad = 'Y' then set var vStopFlag integer = 1 while vStopFlag = 1 then edit using AAEmpIDform endwhile - this I believe causes the problem else EDIT USING VARNEXTRANS enter using AASales endif return Tom Hart
