I am not sure but it looks to me that your problem is situated here: (CTXT(t1.rushnum)),+ t1.rushnum, + rushnum is also used as an alias - as an INTEGER I assume - and my assumption is that this is not correct. My advise is to create the query piece by piece so that you are able to find out where it goes wrong. BTW have you thought about making use of a left join in case the there is no match in the second table.
