[RBASE-L] - Form timer question

I am starting to use the timeout in my apps, but have one form that I start 
from 
the app which I want to close after about 10 minutes.
My question is- I know that timeout resets with each key stroke, but does form 
timer do the same or if I set it for 10 minutes the eep will run after 10 
minutes regardless of a keystroke.  I know I could use timeout but would rather 
not on this particular form.
