I have noticed that the where clause 

 

COUNT = LAST 

 

can be used with other criteria. Perhaps a line in an EEP like: 

 

SELECT data FROM table WHERE COUNT = LAST AND EMPLOYEENAME = 'whatever
name' 

 

would work.?

While entering information in a form, I want to bring up in a field the
last entry based on an employee name and one other criteria.

This would not be the last row entered in the table, but the last entry
for that employee.

What code would I need? I 

This would be in an On after start EEP, I assume.
