[RBASE-L] - Rbase 9.1 32 vs 64 bit

Can the 32 bit and 64 bit versions both be used to connect to the same database?
Will both of them connect to the Rbase For DOS database?
Can a 32 bit license be upgraded or changed to a 64 bit license?
