In the menubar designer, just drag and drop the item to a new location. If
you need to drag it to the last location, you will need to add a temporary
dummy item and drag the item to be moved over that one then delete the temp
item. For some reason when you drag an item to the first or last item, it
goes to the second place or the next to the last item.
