Karen,

I think that was one of the hardest things for me to get used to when we
first moved from DOS to Windows.

I was used to being able to edit the columns in a two-table view in DOS.

Subject: [RBASE-L] - Editing a view, DOS vs. Windows

A client told me this, but I didn't believe it until I tried it.
They have a 2-table view defined as:
       select t1.*, t2.* from table1 t1, table2 t2 where .....

This view is fully editable in DOS, versions 6.5 and 7.6, but is
not editable in Windows! I didn't realize that DOS would let
you edit this view!
