This is probably more work than you are looking for, but you
could probably write a SP and assign it as an On Before Insert
trigger to all of your TEXT fields. This still won't display all
upper to your uses on input, but it will make sure any saved values
are all upper. You can force the CAPSLOCK key on using LAUNCH klocks |+c (http://www.commandline.co.uk/klocks/index.html), but there is nothing to prevent the user from turning of CAPSLOCK.
