Here's how:

While in Data Browser/Editor ...

Main Menu | Layout ...

Make sure to check the option for "Note Hints". Enabling this
option will display note hints for NOTE/VARCHAR columns as
well as Image Size for VARBIT (BLOB) data.

Now that you have asked, let me unveil another secret to view
"Show Image Hint ..."

Main Menu | Layout ...

Notice a new "Show Image Hint" option. Enabling this option
will display Image Size as well as Thumbnail Preview for
VARBIT (BLOB) data.

While in Data Browser/Editor, you may also click on "Display
NOTE Field Cell Hint" and "Show Image Hint" tool bar buttons
to achieve the same results!
