Frank, I do an unload and reload every week day...Monday thru Friday. I have experience no problems.
I do keep a copy of the database on a different harddrive just in case though. Database size runs about 3gig. Frank, The only downside to frequent reloading/packing of a database would be that Administrators would be unable to restore deleted records using R:Scope.
