I would think this is the expected behavior for the Click Event. Right Click, universally, is to invoke a context (menu, action, etc). If you want a click event to occur, then you might try Property command using "MakeClick n" where n is the ordinal number of the item to click.

Subject: [RBASE-L] - Question About Variable Lookup List Box & Difference Between Left-Click||Right-Click

Using a Variable Lookup List Box in a form, I think I've observed a slight but potentially important difference between (Left)Click and Right-Click when invoking an EEP.

It seems that Right-Click does not assign the ID value designated in Lookup Settings for the Variable Lookup List Box. This was observed in my own form as well as in MutuallyExclusive from RRBYW17.

In simple terms, I am trying to do something VERY similar to that Mutually Exclusive example RBTI/R:azzak/Et Al have shared with us. I just want to use Right-Click instead of (Left-)Click because I think it's a better fit for what I was trying to do.

Has anyone else seen this?

I'm not saying this is a bug or anything. Perhaps it must work like this and I just don't know why. If it's just one of those tiny, almost-hidden behaviors, just waiting for a goofball like me to discover it, well, I sure would like to use Right-Click ...

Thanks,
Steve in Memphis
