I use 999_999_9999 for phone numbers. Maybe I get away with it because I
am using the underscore.

I changed it and now when I delete the numbers out of the field or hit the
delete key it shows 12/30/1899 as the date. Strange.

Try using 99/99/9999 as the mask.

I have a db edit field in a form with the date format mask set to:
00/00/0000;1;_
The problem I have is after you enter it you cannot delete it. I have
tried the delete key and the backspace key but it will not let you go
to another field.
In the past I had to put a button next to it that used a property to
clear it out as a work around.
Has anybody ran into this?
