I am using 9.1 compiler. What I would like to do is have a shortcut like

app name parameter to pass

compiledapp.exe findpart

Then in my application it would pick up the parameter and run that custom form
action.

That way I would not have to compile a whole bunch of different apps.

  Dan,

I always put those kinds of commands in the Rbase.dat file I use as the
primary file for compiling. I guess I'm not sure exactly what you are looking
for. I am using the latest 9.1 compiler, by the way, you didn't say what you
have.

Does anybody know where to find a list of the compiler command line switches
and format?

I would like to pass a parameter to the application when it opens so it can
run a custom form action.

  TIA
