I am playing on some new 9.1 features and am trying to figure out how to do a couple of things in a form.

1. Enhanced db navigator - How do you stretch the buttons to make them larger? The standard db navigator you just drag the size of the object and the buttons get larger and smaller.

 Dan,

FWIW, all images used in DB Navigator (Image Style = Razzmatazz) and Enhanced DB Navigator are fixed size. Stretching the vertical size of DB Navigator does not stretch the images. This is by design to provide a crisp look and feel to DB Navigator as well as Enhanced DB Navigator controls.

2. Enhanced db navigator - I unchecked "record #" and left "record count" checked. How do I get "of" not
   to show in the navigator?

Technically, Record # and Record Count are intended to work together to provide the visual effect and representation of currently selected record of the total record set. However, it would be nice to make
the text "of" invisible when only the "Record Count" is checked.

You may submit an enhancement request at mailto:[email protected]

3. Sorting - using a dbgrid or enhanced dbgrid. When you click on a title to sort is many times slower
than using the db explorer. Is there a way to speed it up?

 Need more details.

 However ...

Any inclusion of additional properties in DB Grid or Enhanced DB Grid, such as, Indicator, Scroll Hints, Record Number, Cell Hints, Picker for Date Field, Theme Aware, Grid Focus Navigation, Row Colors, Draw Bands, Show Footer, Bands over Titles, Show Filter Bar, Sorted Filter List, and last not not least,
Custom Grid Style, will add additional overhead.

Hope that provides you with some blue's clues ...

Keep playing with some cool and eXclusive features in R:BASE eXtreme 9.1 and make sure to have fun.

The best is yet to come!

 Very Best R:egards,

Razzak.
