Funny you should asked. Interestingly, I have been working on a very
complex system for our major government account with exactly same
requirements to be integrated into their all R:BASE eXtreme 9.1 (64)
applications.
To start, you may change all your application access routines using
(CVAL('NetUser')) function. I will share some more special as well as
many undocumented features, currently implemented in R:BASE eXtreme
9.1 (64) at the 2011 Annual R:BASE Conference in October.

Remember, nothing is impossible, including the integration of Integrated
Windows Authentication (IWA) features in R:BASE eXtreme 9.1 and 9.5 (64).
