Your virus checker might be checking the R:Base files. This can hold
things up. If your virus checker has the options, exclude the .R?? files
from the checking.

I have noticed lately that my database sometimes starts slowing down,
both on the main computer and network, sometimes where the app freezes
and I have to close the program. Is there something I should look at
either in my database or on the computer. I am using the most current
version and have unloaded and reloaded and autochecked. Nothing seems
out of the ordinary. Any suggestions.
