[RBASE-L] - Is it still possible to report bugs or request enhancements for Rbase 7.6?

I know that Rbase 7.6 is soon to be unsupported, but I was wondering if it is 
still possible to submit bug reports or enhancement requests for version 7.6?
If so, how do I do it?
