[RBASE-L] - Error message when I try to update a foreign table

Hi All,
When I try to update a table in another database, 


Update patinfo_dup set scandate = .#date where patnumbr = .vpatnumbr

I get this error message...

[RBTI][R:RBASEE ODBC Driver][patdb]-ERROR- More that 5000 characters or 400 
items on input line ( 14)

What does it mean?
How can I fix it?
