Changing to another type of field (db text or db radio button) cleans up the behavior (or slowdown in scrolling) but aren't what I need.

I have an application where I'm needing to use a scrolling region and
several DB Checkboxes are used. I've noticed the scrolling speed (and
odd blinking behavior on the DB Checkboxes) when using DB Checkboxes in
the scrolling region and move from row to row.
