I believe it would go all the way back to 4.5 for DOS (any *.RB? database)
to 9.5, but there was so much new information, I may not have that quite
right.

I found out accidentally about the conversion direct from dos to 9.x about a
week ago, so I guess there is no reason at all for 7.4 to be on my system?

Other interesting presentations at the conference were the R:Base Dependency
Viewer (a graphic relation DB design tool) demonstrated by John Minyo and
the Streamlining DOS to Windows Conversion process by Razzak. I believe
these are 9.5 specific tools that are pretty cool.

I still have several smaller databases waiting to be moved out of DOS, so I
plan to quickly sign up for the 9.5 beta testing program.

Thanks for the interesting and informative conference. Including the
information on the future plans for R:Base after 9.5.
