I have had troubles like this, and found that I had an eep file name in
the properties as well as custom code in the form itself. It overrode
the custom code in the form itself. It's logical to me that one or the
other will run, but not both. This happens to me when testing the form,
and putting the eep in an external file while testing to make it easier
to make changes. When I load the custom code, the form still tried to
run the named eep.
