Well at least if got it figured out. I use 2 working copies of Rbase.
When I am working on a live form, I copy it and change the name.
The program that I was working from which calls the form is in both my
Rbase directories.
I changed the called form in 'Rbase A', but somehow left Rbase, and came
back in 'Rbase B' . It of course still called the original form
