Steven, Not only do I get this message you are talking about, but after I send an email from RBASE, my Outlook freezes up. I then have to get out of Ourlook then in so it can work again. Do you have any answers to that problem?

When I use the MapiMail3 plugin I get the message: "A program is trying to access e-mail address information stored in Outlook. If this is unexpected, click Deny and verify your antivirus software is up-to-date". I can then check "Allow access for", select a number of minutes from a dropdown and click "Allow" and the email opens. I would like to get around this message. Checking in Outlook help under the topic "I get warnings about a program accessing e-mail address information or sending e-mail on my behalf", it says that there is a possibility of adding the R:Base exceutables to a "trusted add-ins list". Alternatively, it says that if your antivirus software is compatible with XP service Pack 2, updated regularly and configured to share its update status with other applications the message *might* not appear. Our antivirus software satisfies these criteria, but the message still appears. The other thing I tried, which also does not work, is to go into Outlook's Tools/Trust Center/Programmatic Access and check "Never warn me about suspicious activity".
