When you install the Citrix icon on their desktop, could you also install a second icon labelled "My Citrix Reports" that points at the shared folder on the Citrix server where their documents get generated? That way, all they have to do is double click that folder on their desktop to see their generated reports on the Citrix server. They can then copy them to where ever they want on their workstation. -- Larry
