Funny how difficult it is sometimes to create a user interface which does not 
confuse the user.

I missed the same thing. I kept trying to export to XLS and the options
would not show up.

Dennis,

The key is to select "Use Export Wizard" option from the list of "Select
Format", and then, click on the [Start] button to continue to explore all
options, including the button to Load, Save, and Delete [Specification]
file.

That's all there is to it!
