Sorry about any confusion. I meant having the header only when it was

Something like an internal note about the report, but for wider knowledge
than myself when needed. Continued use will probably have it create a PDF
and e-mail it or an Excel spreadsheet. Still have to figure out how to do
that.

Hans,

If you wish to print the introductory information only once, the best
option would be to place the appropriate object(s) on the "Report Header"
(RH) band.

The Report Header band prints all objects located within its boundaries
once per printing of the report. The Report Header band is often used for
title or date and time information that only needs to be printed once on
the report rather than on every page.

Conditionally, you may also change any property of any band, and make any
objects visible or not, using the appropriate PROPERTY commands as either
"Before Generate Custom EEP" or "After Generate Custom EEP".

Take a look at the following sample reports included with RRBYW17 sample
database to illustrate the use of such features.

Database: RRBYW17
Sample Reports:
. Customers
. CustomerDirectory
. CustomerContacts
. CoverPageAndDetail
. EEPsInReportBands

Hope that helps!

If you need more samples, please feel free to contact me.

Very Best R:egards,

Razzak.
