Unable to open a user's data base using RBase 7.1
"Exception EAccessViolation in module RBENGINE.DLL at ..."
I recall that when Unloading Structure and Data you should also
include Indexes.
RScope reports no errors (???)
I guess I can show a file size of zero for the RB3 file and rebuild
all the indexes and then get the build index commands from an earlier
copy of the data base.
But, looking for an easier solution in 2012?
