Just curious, try changing the startup file name to rbase.dat and remove the parameters from the windows shortcut.
See if it works okay now. Tom, At the beginning of the DAT file, add the following command, then start the shortcut, and see what you observe. SET TRACE ON Step through each line [F10], and watch for -ERROR- message(s).
