Take a look at MDaemon by Alt-n (alt-n.com), we have used and sold their 
Pro version to our clients for many years -- they have a free edition 
with limitations (5-users only, no imap, but does include their nice 
webmail client, etc) and is an excellent, very reliable product.  Their 
Std and Pro versions aren't too expensive if you need more users/features.
