Up until 3 years ago I was still supporting a little business that
was using 2.11 (the guy is now retired). They would call me maybe
4 times a year for help. It would drive me CRAZZZZY when I would
start typing in a nice complicated 3-table correlated update command,
only to remember -- that wasn't allowed back then! And trying to
remember the syntax of a Set Pointer rather than a Cursor (of course
when we went to Cursor syntax I thought that was SOO much more
complicated than the good old Pointer). So much was done with cursors
back then. Still, it was an amazing product for its time.
