Javier, It's a windows message. A little more info though. This may be a priviledge issue that I'm tracking.
The message actually says more to the efffect "Do you want thie EXE to make changes to your computer?" What changes? It may have to do with the permissions on the C:\Temp folder as the message appears as R:BASE starts up. If it is an anti-virus message, you should be able to eliminate the application from being scanned from your anti-virus control panel.. If it is windows message, you can try right clicking on the application and selecting “run as administrator” one time; hopefully this will prevent the error message from popping up again.
