Here's how:

01. Start R:BASE eXtreme 9.5 (Build: 9.5.1.10515 or higher ...)

02. CONNECT dbname

03. Open the desired report in Report Designer

04. While in Report Designer, right-click on the Memo Control, or
    Variable Memo Control, or DB Memo Control, and notice the
    Character Case options, including:
    . Normal
    . Lower Case
    . Upper Case

That's all there is to it!
