Another solution is to print to PDF directly. The last option in the print command is |OPEN ON. The PDF will be opened automatically after the report has been finished In this case you don't have the preview, but maybe you are able to solve the other problem. Besides if you use the option Print to File from the RBase Print Preview Screen there is no way to set any parameters there. By the way this only happens on non English OS (Chinese). Set EMBED_USED_FONTS to ON to embed all the fonts used in the report. Fonts are embedded only if embedding is permitted depending on the Embedding Flags of the font. I have Users in China and now when they are printing to PDF they only see the lines, and all the data fields and text labels show blank. Does anyone have any idea how to fix that? Mark Kwoka
