Off the top of my head the most like culprit is making sure that the proper permissions are set up to wherever your temp files are. Their IT guy had RBTI release the licenses and did the re-activation; I was not involved at all. They're saying that ever since then they're getting lots of the Access Violation in RBEngine76.DLL messages and all kinds of strange things are happening. The database is testing clean. I checked my invaluable notes document, and I haven't seen/kept any posts about "gotchas" to watch out for with Windows 7 and RBase 7.6. Any clues on what we can check? Karen
