Karen,

Off the top of my head the most like culprit is making sure that the proper
permissions

are set up to wherever your temp files are.

 Subject: [RBASE-L] - Windows 7 and RBase 7.6

A long-distance client (ie: no ability to visit) brought in some new
Windows 7 32-bit workstations. Their IT guy had RBTI release the licenses
and did the re-activation; I was not involved at all.

They're saying that ever since then they're getting lots of the Access
Violation in RBEngine76.DLL messages and all kinds of strange things are
happening. The database is testing clean. I checked my invaluable notes
document, and I haven't seen/kept any posts about "gotchas" to watch out for
with Windows 7 and RBase 7.6. Any clues on what we can check?

 Karen
