[RBASE-L] - Is there an EEP for "on leaving a row" or "on entering a row"?

Hello all,
I have a scrolling region with a DB Edit that has about 10 fields.
I would like the option of having an EEP when use the F7 or F8 keys, ie going 
up 
or down from one row to another.
Is there such a thing as an EEP that fires when you leave or enter a row?
