Sounds like you may need a VARCHAR column.

Subject: [RBASE-L] - Embedding Symbol Fonts within a Text String

All:

California vehicle license plates may include a symbol, such as a 'hand', 'heart', 'star', ' + '; which are unaccountably strewn around several symbol font sets.

I need to embed these symbols within printouts of vehicle information.

How does one switch fonts WITHIN a text string?

ex

<Couriernew>COOL +
<WingDings2><handcode> +
<Couriernew>LK

Thanks

Bruce
