You can only have one user on Remote Desktop whereas you can have
multiple users on Terminal
Services.
In other words ...
Terminal Services also allows for multiple, simultaneous connections
where Remote Desktop
only permits one connection. If a user connects to a host workstation
via Remote Desktop,
no one else can use the host desktop.
