You can do it using the Windows API, Sendmessage, to copy the text and send 
it to the other program directly, without clipboard being involved at all...

You use SendMessage with DLCall.

You can goto microsoft library at  msdn.microsoft.com and search for 
SendMessage function to get a little familiar with it before I map it out 
for you.
We can do this on list for the benefit of others.
