I have an application where mdi forms are situated on particular place on
the screen

Compare it with outlook.

Using an alias can help in this way.

For instance alias Screen_left is always at the left part and Screen_Right
is at the right part of screen

If you like to implement this, some calculation is probably needed.

What I do is calculate the size of the screen and adjust the size of the
forms to it.

It takes some time, but it works wonderful

Subject: [RBASE-L] - Forms Alias

I know that starting a form with an alias allow us to use SETFOCUS Alias to
bring any aliased MDI form into focus.

Are there any other ways to use that Alias?

Are there any good examples in any of the RRBYW samples, and if so , where
would I look?

Thanks
