Hi Dennis, When do the first step, I get a file called notegen_forms.frm and notegen_forms.LOB Do I need to move both of those files to the directory where the database is stored? When I did what you told me, I still have no forms. Mike

It started acting flakey, so I reloaded the data. Now all my forms are gone! I have a back up so I can replace them, but how does that happen?
