I'm crossing my fingers that I might have solved one of my 2 printing problems.
Tonight I dialed in, set multi off so I wouldn't be disturbed, and started
changing more of my reports to be a display format of 2-digit years. For the
2nd time I witnessed my report designer data display go from 2 digits to 4
digits and then back to 2 digits! I'm the only one on the database...

In any case, during the moments that it was displaying 4 digits, I immediately
ran the report where they said a field was coming up blank and for the first
time it came up blank for me on the server so I was able to play around and get
it to finally display. Turns out Brad was kinda right... This field is the
last field of a subreport in the middle of my report. The subreport is a small
2-inch box wedged in the middle of the report without much white space between
fields or on either side. I made the subreport "box" 5 pixels wider and the
field suddenly reappeared! That overlayed another field and the "send to
back"/"bring to front" didn't work over a subreport but I was able to take a
couple pixels out of other fields in that subreport and get stuff smushed over.

I checked another report that they reported had blank fields and viola --
another subreport. A couple pixels to the left and all is probably well there
too (although that report all of a sudden was working for me on the server so
I'm only guessing)

So now it works for me on the server, no one is around at the company to try it
until Wednesday but I hope it works! I'm not sure whether it was the upgrade
to 9.5 or the unload/rebuild of the database that I did during the conversion,
but something caused my subreports to be off a couple pixels and apparently I
had some TIGHT subreports!
