Good idea, but that did not work, still getting the same error.
I thought I could run the rbase65.exe file as an administrator, but that does 
not work.
So far, the only solution I can find is to make the user an administrator, but 
that seems like a bad idea!

While logged-in as an "Administrator", open the Printer Properties option, and
make sure to "Allow" the following "Permissions for Everyone".

. Print
. Manage this Printer
. Manage Documents
