FWIW, when I logged on as mike (mike is an admin) it did not work. When I 
logged on as Administrator (just as you said) then it worked perfectly.

Here's how ...

While logged in as "Administrator" ...

01. Start | Regedit | Registry Editor | Computer | HKEY_CURRENT_USER |Software
    |R:BASE Technologies | RBG95_32 ...

    Right-click | Permissions ... | Highlight User Name and make sure to allow
    Full Control | Click on [OK] to save Permissions for RBG95_32.

02. Log out and then log back in as User ...

03. Run C:\RBTI\RBG95_32\RBG95_32_Default_Settings.exe

That's all there is to it!
