Here's how ... While logged in as "Administrator" ... 01. Start | Regedit | Registry Editor | Computer | HKEY_CURRENT_USER |Software |R:BASE Technologies | RBG95_32 ... Right-click | Permissions ... | Highlight User Name and make sure to allow Full Control | Click on [OK] to save Permissions for RBG95_32. 02. Log out and then log back in as User ... 03.
